All invoices are due within 72 hours or items will be returned to stock and cannot guarantee availability once cart expires

Return Exceptions
Only items damaged on delivery will either be replaced or repaired.
Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
If we are unable to replace or repair a store credit will be issued to go towards a future purchase.

Shipping Policy
Turnaround
Paid orders go out every Monday and Thursday
The cut off time is 12:00 pm mst day before ship days noted
For example: if an order is paid at 1:00 pm mst Sunday it will go out Thursday

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
